How to Use
The Morning Ritual
The Base: Take one glass (approx. 200ml) of lukewarm or room-temperature water.
The Dosage: * If Powder: Mix 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (approx. 3-5g).
If Gel/Paste: Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons.
The Mix: Stir thoroughly until the Aloe is well-integrated. If you are using a gel, it may stay slightly pulpy—this fiber is actually very beneficial for digestion.
Timing: Drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Wait about 20–30 minutes before having breakfast to allow the Aloe to coat and soothe the digestive tract.
Ingredients
Ingredients
100% Pure Aloe Vera Extract (Aloe Barbadensis Miller): This is the soul of the product. It is derived from the inner leaf gel (fillet) of the plant, which contains the highest concentration of polysaccharides.
Active Polysaccharides (Acemannan): This is the key functional component found naturally in the Aloe. It is responsible for the product's immune-boosting and skin-repairing properties.
Natural Phytochemical Content
Since this is a pure extract, it naturally contains over 75 bioactive compounds, including:
Vitamins: A (beta-carotene), C, E, B12, Folic Acid, and Choline.
Enzymes: 8 distinct enzymes (like Bradykinase) that help reduce excessive inflammation when applied to the skin.
Minerals: Essential electrolytes including Calcium, Chromium, Copper, Selenium, Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium, Sodium, and Zinc.
Amino Acids: Provides 20 of the 22 human-required amino acids and 7 of the 8 essential ones.
Purity Standards
No Added Sugars: Essential for internal use to avoid spiking blood glucose.
No Artificial Colors or Fragrances: This ensures the product is "hypoallergenic" and safe for sensitive skin or sensitive digestive tracts.
Chemical-Free Processing: Often processed to ensure aloin (the bitter, laxative component found in the outer leaf) is removed, leaving only the beneficial inner gel.

The "Carrier" Effect (Yogavahi)
In Ayurveda, Aloe Vera is known as a Yogavahi. This means it acts as a bio-enhancer. When you take it with water or other supplements (like your Amla or Noni juice), the Aloe helps "carry" those nutrients deeper into your body's tissues, making them more effective than if taken alone.
2. Cooling the "Internal Heat"
Aloe is a potent Sheetala (cooling) herb. This makes it particularly valuable for:
- Summer Wellness: Helping the body manage external heat.
- Reducing Acidity: It creates a protective soothing film over the stomach lining, which is excellent for those who suffer from frequent heartburn or "gastric" issues.
3. Rich in Acemannan
The Aloe Barbadensis species is specifically prized for its high content of Acemannan. This is a complex polysaccharide that:
- Helps the cells in your immune system communicate better.
- Supports the health of the intestinal wall, which is where 70% of your immune system resides.
4. Liver and Blood Health
Aloe is a bitter tonic (Tikta Rasa), which is the preferred taste for Liver Support. It helps the liver process fats more efficiently and assists in "rakta-shodhana" (blood purification), which is why it often helps clear up chronic skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis.
