Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. We ensure your items are packed with care.
Transit Time

Standard delivery is ₹49 per order and free on orders of ₹499 or more. The cost is shown in your cart and at checkout; there are no hidden fees.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp to stay updated on its progress.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (food and wellness essentials), we do not accept returns on opened items for hygiene reasons.
Damaged in Transit?
If your package arrives damaged or leaking, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
- Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns are sent back by courier; return postage is paid by the customer. Contact support and we will share the return address.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Customized bundles or sale items are non-refundable.
